Let's give the Skyline Restaurant at Ruckersville another try Sunday, Februay 1.

Eat at 10:00 AM
Ride at ~11:00 AM

The restaurant is located on US 29 north bound lane approximately 0.5 mile south of the traffic light at US 33. Looks like good weather at this time (http://forecast.weather.gov/MapClick.ph ... -78.37&e=0). The ice coating on my driveway this morning should melt by Sunday!
