Trade my heel/toe shifter for your standard one

I have an Airhead 5-speed heel/toe shift lever that I'll trade for a standard one. It comes with a lightly chromed footpeg since the shifter pivots on the footpeg (hence the special footpeg with shifter mount) and then has a link to the transmission.

I'd like to trade for a single shifter that mounts directly on the transmission. 4-speed shifters are different; sorry. In a pinch I will trade for a non-heel/toe version of what I have, but I really want the single lever.
