Tires!

Today I stopped by a sport bike place in Charlottesville - Advanced Race Concepts - and they have some seriously nice tire equipment. $20 to mount and balance a tire that you bring in (probably if you bring the wheels off the bike; I didn't ask specifically). They're open noon to 8PM Monday through Saturday and are next to Martin Hardware on Preston Ave. (434) 978-4272.

Also, I have a manual tire changer here and can do the same for probably a bit less, depending on whether you bring the wheels or the whole bike. If you want to do this, the best way is to have the tires shipped directly to me so you can just ride in.
- order tires from your favorite internet store (I like Southwest Moto)
- have them delivered directly to 670 Rio Road East, C'ville 22901
- have them marked YOUR attention. This way I know whose they are.
- I will email or call you when they arrive, if I know who you are.

If someone needs a tire RIGHT NOW there is always a chance that I'll have what you need on hand, out of my own stock, since we have several different bikes and a few tires for each. Or I might have a take-off that will get you another 1000 miles. Call me if I might be of assistance.
