Re: Anyone want old BRB paper newsletters?

Folks,

Still have these old BRB paper newsletters.
Cleared out lots of other old papers and stuff from the attic and my wife wanted to know why I was hanging on to these.

So - I ask again- anyone want to take over being the repository of the original BRB newsletters?

Thanks, Tim

Anyone want old BRB paper newsletters?

Fellow BRBers, I have a four inch high stack of old Blue Ridge Beemer paper newsletters, dating from December 1986 through December 2000. As far as I know they're complete. There are a few months missing here and there, which may be random ones that got discarded or times when no newsletter was sent...

Re: 1st Sat ride April 4th

Turns out my "honey-do" list expanded for Easter so won't be able to make today's ride. Looks like a great day for it.

Re: 1st Saturday Ride

Schedule for Saturday is still in flux, however, a ride on Saturday is way, way more likely than one on Easter Sunday (probability of that is zero).

Re: 1st Sun March 4th

Sounds like it's going to be a good size gathering this morning.
Sorry to say I can't make it, but church duties call. Maybe next month.

Re: Lack of Riders at Sunday Breakfast

Combination of busy (being on the outer edge of over-committed) and church activities. Implementing a plan to shed some civic and church responsibilities in combination with practice saying "No, I'm sorry, I really can't help with ..." The year is still young and the hope to make more 1st Sunday rid...

Can't make it ... son and daughter-in-law here for a visit,
Not enough "points' accumulated to trade for not being around Sunday morning...

Will be there in spirit.

Ethanol free gas in Charlottesville, maybe.

The guy at Becker's Enterprise on Harris Street in Charlottesville told me
today that the gas at the GoCo Oil store across the street sells ethanol free gas.
(It's at 924 Harris Street, Charlottesville, VA)

Can anyone verify that?
Does anyone have one of the fuel test kits?
